Shipping Policy

At DAPHNÉ, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Locations

   • We currently offer nationwide delivery within Pakistan only.

2. Delivery Timeframes

   • Lahore: Next-day delivery.

   • Other Cities: 2–4 working days.

   • Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Delivery Partner

   • All orders are shipped via our trusted partner, Daewoo FastEx.

4. Shipping Charges

   • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

5. Payment Options

   • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment options for your convenience.

6. Unreceived Parcels

   • If a customer does not receive or accept the order, the parcel will be returned to the shipper.

   • In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).
