Return & Exchange Policy

At DAPHNÉ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch; however, if you receive a defective product, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    • Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • Only items with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return or exchange.

    • No returns or exchanges are allowed for change of mind, size, or color preference.

  2. Proof Requirement

    • Customers must provide clear video proof of the defect.

    • The video should be recorded at the time of unboxing/opening the parcel.

  3. Approval Process

    • Once your video proof is reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you with the return/exchange process.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and with all tags/packaging).

  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Products damaged due to mishandling, incorrect use, or after use are not eligible.

    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  5. Process Timeline

    • After approval, exchanges or replacements will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.

  6. Refunds

    • In case a refund is approved, the amount will be transferred via bank transfer only.

    • This applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment orders.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
